Add support for reconciling "sp." sightings

"Sp." records - when encountered in browse by species, and even in Show reports, should let you directly reconcile to a single member of the "sp."s.

This'd be especially handy in conjunction with Issue 21 (bulk updates)

... you ought to be able to select from a drop-down of just those three and have the record allocated on the spot.
