Allow bulk editing of dates

Issue #90 resolved
Adam Winer created an issue

Original issue 90 created by adam_winer on 2013-04-10T19:20:01.000Z:

The most frequent error I make in entering data is to get the date wrong. Currently, to change the date, I have to look up each species separately, it would be more useful if I could edit the date while browsing by location, or even better using the results of a report.

Thanks, Dan

Thanks for the report - and total agreement. The next release of Scythebill will include a number of improvements for editing, and I'll make sure that bulk editing of dates is supported in some sensible fashion.

OK, didn't make 9.2.0, but it's now in for 9.2.1. Use a report, click a new "Bulk edit..." button, change the date (or any of a number of other fields), and click OK.

You can also bulk edit from a bunch of other places, but in those places, it's always just records for a single species.
