No drag-over feedback in "Browse by location" on MacOS

Summary says it all. This works on Linux/Windows (and with the cross-platform JAR) but is broken with the MacOS app. Pretty ugly problem.

    Fixed in 9.2.1 by blowing off the Quaqua tree UI.
