Add tyre type to lap log

Another small improvement that can be usefull for Gp4 leagues if its possible to add type of tyre: Soft Dry, Hard Dry, etc here:

Version 6+: Timestamp,LapNr,CarType,CarNr,RacePos,FastLapPos,SplitTime1,SplitTime2,LapTime,SessionTime,MinSpeed,MaxSpeed,Speed1,Speed2,Speed3,FuelLaps,Temperature.

I know in the saved game file it shows witch tyres were used in the setup but it doesnt say were in the race, free practice and qualify its used, so i thought why not add it to each lap log.
