Track specific crowd and reverb data

Issue #126 resolved
René Smit repo owner created an issue

then we have "reverbdata" and "crowddata" that are stored in separated files in the .wad, in samples\reverbdata\reverb_prefix.bin samples\crowddata\prefix.crd

.. and in the gp4-installation in: gp4-dir\Samples\ReverbData\reverb_prefix.bin gp4-dir\Samples\ CrowdData\prefix.crd

we had similar situations with other files before :)

in "reverbdata" the reverb along the track is defined, best noticable in the tunnel of monaco. (and as I also have a tunnel in my bern-city track, I had to redefine the reverb-setup here.)

"crowddata" contains the definitions of the positions of the "crowd noise". you may have noticed "stray crowd noise" in custom tracks. thats when "crowddata" is not set appropriately.

as it is now, those two files HAVE to exist in the .wad, but they are not loaded from there ! they are loaded from the gp4-installation. if the latter are missing, there wont be ANY reverb nor crowd noise (and thats why I never noticed the "stray noise" nor "stray reverb"-problem in pau/F :)

now IMO it would be best, the files were loadad from the .wad instead
