Fix GPx freeze with more than 4GB physical memory

    Would be good to also print OS/memory info from within GP4, to see if it's running in compatibility mode.

    After this fix, GP4 runs fine without prompts on my Windows 10 system without any compatibility mode or elevated administrator rights (and neither for gpxpatch.exe), while using an administrator account.
