Add support for G27 Slider-2 axis (clutch)

Issue #188 new

There is a problem with Logitech G27 steering wheel on GP3 and GP4, and it may also have effect on other steering wheels as well.

GP3 and GP4 don't recognize G27's Slider2-axis at all. Slider2 is the clutch, and getting it used with GP3 and GP4 would add some additional realism to the sims, of course.

Interesting thing is, that, as we know, even GP2 supports clutch, but as we may guess, not too many game controllers were not able give any use for it at the time GP2 was released. Normally, an emulator like DOSBox can't either, but, DOSBox has a very powerful mapper, and it's possible to assign G27's Slider2-axis working as RZ-axis or other axis, and get the clutch working with G27 on GP2!

We have seen discussion on Xpadder's (the famous mapper for game controllers, you must know) forums, if Jonathan could add such option to Xpadder, too. Currently it's unsure if any progression has happened to that way, and even if it has, the users of GP3 and GP4 who are running the sims on Win9x-machines, would get no benefits out of it.

Our suggestion is: could this feature to be added to GPxPatch? - Similar feature than seen in DOSBox, making GP3 and GP4 seeing Slider2-axis, or other unsupported axis as other axis, like RZ-axis.
