High resolution GPxPatch Tool interface

When using resolution 3840 X 2160 the GPxPatch Tool interface is slightly blurry.

In my case I was able to correct it using the following:

Right click GPxPatch (GP4) / Properties / Compatibility / Change high DPI settings / High DPI scaling override - checkbox System (enhanced)

I'll include a manifest resource in the executable to enable this by default.
