GPxCInfo: Driver 'Name' item enhancements

1) Suggest to augment the Driver Name info item to show surname only, and limit the number of letters (similar to the parameters available for gapfront and gapbehind).

2) Alternatively, expose a new info item that is the Driver Abbreviation letters.
