Improvment on event sounds

Position changes When overtaking many cars in a short period of time (or losing many places), GPxPatch plays the event sound smaple for each position change but aborts it every time, a new position change is done. It would be great do only start playing a new sample once the first sample is done (for example if you move from P10 to P3 very quickly (f. e. due to an accident involving many cars), it should play the full "Position9Won" sample and then the "Position3Won" sample (depending on how long it took to go from P10 to P3).

event sounds when pitting - The "RacePitIn" sample starts with a delay of 2-3 seconds. it should start immediately when the car stops in the pits - While in pit lane, GPxPatch should not play any position change samples (because usually this positions will be regained once the AI pits as well). It should probably only play the last position change samples when the pitlane is left
