Disable 'V' key during director's cut

Can fix the 'V' key in multiple ways: 1. Disable the 'V' key during director's cut. 1. Don't gray out the 'V' key in the screen info and allow manual scrolling during during director's cut. 1. Enable 'S', 'V', and 'B' in the screen info during director's cut, and disable director's cut once any of those keys is pressed, next to their normal function.
