Always show plank/tyre wear

René Smit repo owner created an issue

But is it possible to have to have both lines ShowWearInQualify and ShowWearInRace in the GpxLap.ini ? or i have to choose witch one i want to use? If is it the second one why dont you put it permanent in their? It will be be just SHift + L to activate or disable.
