WebDav requests create sessions

Issue #158 wontfix

While debugging an unrelated problem I noticed that all subversion's requests get handed a session cookie:

[hdr] Set-Cookie: JSESSIONID=yi3oqynj9e1ylzsn3cp4v9aa;Path=/ Header Name: [set-cookie], Value: [JSESSIONID=yi3oqynj9e1ylzsn3cp4v9aa;Path=/]

But since the subversion client doesn't store these cookies each request gets a new sessions.

I don't think this is a big problem, but it would be nice if the creation of sessions is disabled for these requests.

Sorry, but this not possible. The authentication architecture of SCM-Manager is based on a session scoped google guice object, whenever a authentication is performed a session will be created.
