    This error means that python is Not able to find mercurial. Please check your configuration at Config->Repository Types->Mercurial.

    It is possible that you create an bitbucket account? because the notification system of bitbucket does not notify on anonymous comments.

    Could you please post a log when you are trying to use the wizzard? Because mercurial on windows is very difficult, i think the easiest way is to use a prepared package from the wizzard. Are your scm-manager instance behind a proxy server? Which browser do you use?

    Ok, that means the problem is related to your proxyserver or your proxyserver configuration. Are you able to view the logfiles of your proxyserver? I've tried to reproduce your error. I've used a proxyserver with authentication but all works fine. Perhaps your proxyserver does not allow authentications with Proxy-Authorization headers.
