Issue #241 new

Creating repositories with standard structure

Anonymous created an issue

Is it possible to set a standard structure with three folders (trunk, tags, branches) when a new repository is created?

OK Sebastian, I think this is very interesting for your project! When you have news let me know...

Creating the repository layout is basically a one liner. Remember they are just directories, nothing special about them:

$ svn mkdir --parents https://scm-manager/scm/svn/project/{trunk,tags,branches} -m "Initial repository layout"

It is also just a convention, not a standard. There are many examples of repositories not having the trunk/tags/branches directories at the root. So I don't really think this is a must have feature.
