Administrator flag is disabled after login

When I set a user as "Administrator" the flag is automatically removed after the first login.

Any ideas?

I'm using LDAP users.

    I've noticed this happens also for the AD plugin. The work-around we used was just to apply admin rights to the group that we wanted using the Admin Groups input box on the General tab.
