When making changes, I want to make sure I am improving, not hurting performance metrics. Let's build a standardized way to see the effects of changes.

    This has been partly resolved for a while. There is a pretty okay setup for perf testing using the AAU CS cluster. It should be made more automated and thorough so it's easier to check the impact of changes.
