Move timestamps to come first in events and intervals

Most log formats assume that the timestamp comes first, which makes sense particularly if you want to sort based on time. Up to now, nfer has assumed the name comes first. This is silly. Change to put the timestamp first.
When making this change, coordinate with JPL on the Scala version of nfer to try to make sure we support the same thing.

It’s probably been too long with the names first to change it, but it’d be nice to at least support doing it either way. Very likely it could just be that data can be input in several different formats, including the original one and also some standards.
