Decklist sorting.

Terminology:
Decklist: List of custom decks created by the user.

Current view:
One column which contains all decks.
Sometimes resorts itself, likely due to an unintended glitch.

Augmented view:

• Default:
  Column for each faction.
  Swipe left/right between faction columns.
  Within each faction column, decks are sorted by identity.
  Each identity has a pulldown.

• Custom:
  Add/Delete columns with user-defined name/color.
  Add/delete pull-downs with user-defined names.
  User can move decks into different columns/pulldowns as necessary.
