Unable to edit or enable Stripe

I have been trying to edit or enable paypal and stripe gateways but all I am getting is blank pages and I assume that it is extremely similar to this issue: https://bitbucket.org/sein69/store/issue/32/cant-enable-dummy-gateway-and-paypal
