whoapi-client / Home

This is a python implementation of API. It is meant to be used as command line tool.

python -h

this will print the help to console

The usual usage is to write your apikey and default rtypes to config file /.whoapirc and then call the program with domain sa first argument. It will print out to console the response for request types specified in your config file.

/.whoapirc is JSON file with apikey (string) and rtypes (list of strings) keys, like this:

{"apikey": "this-is-my-apikey", "rtypes": []}

Requirements program requires Python 2.7 because it uses argparse and json. It will work with older versions of Python if you install those packages manually.
