Translations: Fatal error: Class name must be a valid object or a string

I'm unable to navigate to the Translations sections in the Sellvana admin. When I click on the Translations link I receive a PHP error

Fatal error: Class name must be a valid object or a string in /Users/alanstorm/Sites2014/selvana-alpha-all.dev/core/FCom/Admin/Controller/Abstract/GridForm.php on line 55

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into the Admin
2. Click on the "System" menu in the left hand nav
3. Click on the "Translations" link under the System menu

Expected Behavior: Translation management page displays

Actual Behavior: PHP Error displays
