Checkout: Incomplete information displayed

Upon successful checkout, the confirmation page doesn't appear to be fully populated.

Reproduction Steps: 1. Log in to Frontend 2. Place an order

Expected Result: Page will contain full, or no, customer/order data

Actual Result: 'Your billing information' only shows Customer's name and '()'
