Issue #42 on hold

Hirokazu Nishi created an issue 2014-03-13

When I tried to add new translation from admin page, the attached error was occurred.

How to reproduce:

Log in to admin page.
Access system > translation.
Click 'New Translation'.

Tested environment:

Client OS: Mac OS 10.9
Browser : Google Chrome
PHP : 5.5.10
Apache : 2.2.26
MySQL : 5.6.16
