Fatal Error on accessing Translation

I have installed Sellvana at Windows 8 running wamp with Apache 2.4.4, MySQL 5.x, PHP 5.4.x and On Ubuntu 13.10. I have encountered the same error when following is accessed in admin.

Admin > System > Translation

I get the same error on System > Translations and also System > Backups and System > Templates.
