Trying to create a new customer account throws an error

Adrian Moldovan created an issue

I went and filled in the minimal details for creating a customer account at: http://localhost.com:8086/sellvana9/index.php/customer/register but when I submitted the data I got an error.

    UPDATE: The error message on the new-order-workflow branch is attached. Issue is still there, cannot create new customers. Sometimes customers get created and error is still shown while the checks for duplicate emails works fine.
