All movies rated 10 stars on top rated movies page

Ron Pringle repo owner created an issue

All the movies on the top rated movies page are showing up with a rating of 10 whether they were rated 10 or not.

    Fixed bug in latest update that was using an incorrect comparison operator which resulted in a match for ALL ratings not just ratings of 10.0 stars.

    This same bug was also fixed on the members home page and lowest rated page as well.
