Fullscreen on Windows is offset by about 50% more than the actual x/y position of the port. I've tried manually reducing the port position by 66% to compensate, but that doesn't seem to help (and would be a hack anyway).

This will eventually be fixed by the ENIGMA devs when they remove the sub-window that is only used in Windows rendering.
