Reported by Ezra G Melman on OS-X, but I think it applies to Linux/Windows as well:

1) kicking tasen soldiers instantly KO’s them on every difficulty level. This makes it impossible to get the supercharge in sector 1, get the poster in sector 3, or access sector z.
