slow startup for windows desktop app.

Issue #1 resolved
Former user created an issue

I had a chrome app but started using the Windows app to gain more supported features. Support helped me migrate my license to the Window SFTP app however, upon startup, it seems it needs to connect to a server and that process adds startup time. If the app is running locally, it should not need to access a cloud. is this true? why do I see the trial time bar start up when I am not logged in? Why do i even need to log in if I have a license?

I have v3.3.18

A login is required due to licenses being assigned to an account, from your account you can manage your devices using your license, you can even sync your connections between multiple devices, and more.

We're now looking into the startup process of the app to see where we can improve the performance.
