Pythons for Mac OS X

Compiles Python 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 from source with the help of zc.buildout. Based
on Florian's work described at

Bootstrap the buildout using your system python::

  $ python

Now run the buildout. Go get a cup of coffee while it downloads, configures,
and makes 3 versions of Python::

  $ ./bin/buildout

Make a new virtual environment for Python 2.6 (for example) like so::

  $ path/to/buildout/bin/virtualenv-2.6 path/to/new/env

You can switch from `setuptools` to `distribute` like so::

  $ path/to/buildout/bin/virtualenv-2.6 --distribute path/to/new/env
