Priority Queue

Hi!

Please, introduce a Priority Queue. Maybe a lock-free version version.

Please post this in the Spring4D project because DSharp will not have it's own collection types in the future but use those of Spring4D. Also a lock free queue is nothing trivial imho. Especially because we are supporting multiple platforms.

If you have some code please post a proposal.

I think it is standard in .NET. Called concurent priority queue.

You must be mistaken, the ConcurrentQueue<T> is a FIFO implementation. It is lockfree though (see http://blogs.msdn.com/b/pfxteam/archive/2010/01/26/9953725.aspx)
