build.exe: add Check all/uncheck all commands

Use case: As a user with many Delphi versions installed I want to build Spring4D only for a single installation

Right now I have to remove checkbox-es in Build.exe from all the installations, to leave only one.

Proposed solution: add popup menu to checklistbox/tree with commands Uncheck All and optionally Check all.
