TestFromVariantFmtBcd failing on XE5 32 bit

Ryan Potts created an issue

Just pulled down latest code and installed. Debug and Release builds fine, no errors no warnings. Aforementioned test fails. I did not grab the test result for the Debug test run, here is the result for the Release test run:

TestFromVariantFmtBcd: ETestFailure
at  $00673FA4
expected: <8123456789012345678> but was: <8123456789012345856>
