Support for Delphi 10.4 Denali

In Delphi 10.4, FreeAndNil will not support anything but TObject references, causing compile errors in several modules, including Spring.pas.

I can neither confirm nor deny, but let’s call it a hunch that this can happen and that it would be great to see Spring4D be ready.

Support for 10.4 has been added to develop and for the 1.2.2 version as 1.2.4 (master branch)
