Conditional Defines not declare in Delphi11/Spring.Persistence.dpk

In Delphi10/Spring.Persistence.dpk:

{$IFNDEF FMX}{$IFDEF MSWINDOWS}
vcl,
vclimg,
{$ENDIF}{$ENDIF}

But the above code doesn’t defined in Delphi11/Spring.Persistence.dpk

    Ah, the joys of defines in the dpk 😞 Unfortunately there was no easy workaround for that.
