TestInsight doesn't run test application in the correct directory.

Delphi XE7 and DUnit2 runner for TestInsight (later)

TestInsight runs the test units in the dpr directory. I believe is should run it in the Output Directory (Project -> Options -> Delphi Compiler), so any relative fixtures that are required are picked up correctly.

Solution: Append Project -> Options -> Delphi Compiler -> Output Directory to the DPR directory and run from there.

This was only happening when running continuously. I fixed it - please retest.

In my testing application, all I have are external fixtures. Before they all failed, now all but one pass (nothing to do with TestInsight).
