Make the time column resizeable

I have some code where portions of it take a long time. For this reason I'd like to resize the time column, but it is fixed width.

Please make the time column resizable. It does not necessarily need to remember the set width, just being able to resize is enough for me.

My version is Delphi Berlin and I'm using TestInsight 1.1.5.
