Good question

Mouse pointer does not change to any resize arrows, and can’t drag from edges, no idea how I managed to do this…

Try deleting/editing the dsk file for your IDE - that issue is nothing that I can fix on my side - it’s just a regular dockingform from the IDE

Which dsk-file are you talking about? Project?? Or what? (And if some other, where to look for it)
