Updateing Version 1.1.6 to 1.1.8 on 10.3 CE do not work.

On IDE Startup the following Error comes up:

Looks like this issue https://quality.embarcadero.com/browse/RSP-27655 - please make sure you have your CE on latest available build/patch.
