Introduce a Setting to determine if the TestInsight Explorer is always on Top or not

Currently the TestInsight Explorer is always on Top, which can be quite annoying if you are not using a very wide screen. So a setting to change this would be appreciated

    The explorer behaves exactly like every other dockable tool window in the IDE with the little bonus that it appears if not already visible when you run a test and it receives some results. If you dislike that I suggest docking it somewhere in your debug layout where it does not distract you (remember to save the layout after docking).
