Checking a class in the Fixture view doesn't run only that class, and loses the checkbox

In TI, switch to the Fixture tab. Check one out of the test classes listed (eg, of TestFoo and TestBar, check TestBar.) When you click the Run button, all tests run, not just the checked group, and then when the Fixture tab refreshes all checkboxes are cleared.

What I expected (unless I misunderstand the purposes of the checks on this tab) is that when one test class was checked, running would run only tests in that class.
