Looks like an issue of the VTV. Granted I am using V5 it might be fixed in V6 but I am not sure.

- changed status to wontfix
Using the IDE under high dpi using system enhanced DPI scaling without issues for a while now - IDE as of 10.4 is still not 100% native HighDPI aware so taking no action
