feed not downloading the best quality torrent after the first 1

it only downloaded oremio s 2 ep 1 480 even thought 1080 is released had to download it manually i used retroactively match all existing releases and and and all for the other things

I notice you said you had "all" selected for all of the options. Does that include "any" selected for "quality"? If quality is set to "any", then the first release that satisfies the other requirements will be selected.

Please either update the ticket with more information or email it to me if you still feel this is an error.

If "any" is set for all options, the first release will be matched (regardless of quality or subber). To get an HD release make sure you choose the correct option ("High Definition" or the 720p/1080p only options). If you want an HD release but would also like the first available release as well (in case an SD release comes out before the HD one) then tick the appropriate tick box at the bottom (that will appear if you select a Quality).
