Deluge 1.3.15 Ignoring subfolder placement

I had to update Deluge to 1.3.15 from 1.3.12 because 12 was erroring out and not downloading far too many things (like any episode of Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo ni.) But now It's just dumping all the episodes in the root folder.

Do I just have to decide to not watch thing's 1.3.12 refuses to download or give up on auto-sorting?

(all the settings carried over but I redid everything just in case and I'm still watching something go to the wrong folder as I type this... This is really irritating as now I can no longer seed as I refuse to have unsorted folders)
