Only download finished series/seasons

Hi!

When I watch anime, I prefer to wait until the series (or at least the season) is completed before watching more than the first episode. I'm not sure how many others watch like that, but I'd imagine there are a few of us.

In short, I'd like it if a checkbox was added to the Follows settings to enable us to only download finished series/seasons.
