Adding Highschool DxD Hero to follows doesn't add episode 1

I added Highschool DxD Hero by HorribleSubs to my follows list through the episode 0 (that isn't labeled on the site), but episode 1 didn't get added to my rss as well. Thinking it was a labeling mistake for the episode 0, I tried adding a follow via the first episode, but it said that I already follow that series with the same settings.
