SSL Handshake errors on all torrens when using deluge

Using latest release of Deluge (windows), and YaRSS2-1.3.3.sp3-py2.7 every torrent in my rss feed returns: Failed to download torrent url: 'http://www.shanaproject.com/download/****/?uid=****&key=********'. Exception: [SSL: SSLV3_ALERT_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE] sslv3 alert handshake failure (_ssl.c:661) Browser does not complain, could somebody please tell me weather this is an issue with YaRSS2 or the torrent's host?
