Ability to Hide selected Follows

Because of the Shana Project limitation to just show 50 entries, sometime's the list that parsed by client is not the desired item while we still want to follow other show.

For example I follow 5 show that finished airing a, b, c, d, e. And total probably about 150 items (just for the case) And the client listed the show b, d, e, while my priority was a and c, so it would be helpful if there's a feature in the web that Hide the certain show so it doesn't get parsed by client but I don't lost the follow of the show.
