Episodes not marked as downloaded

In the last weeks i found that when an episode's torrent is downloaded from the private RSS link it's no longer auto marked as downloaded so the episode keep getting downloaded as still in the rss.
I've tried with inserting a new follow to test with a custom scripts to see errors.
The test was done with a show from the last season [Deca Dance], Horrible Subs, only 1080p.
All the episode were downloaded, but only episodes 1-2-3 where marked while 4-5-6 were still in the feed.
No difference is shown in the RSS feed and no error from the script.

Been encountering this issue for weeks. Wanted to bug report because I’m finally getting sick of it.
On my end: One Piece 935-937 and Brand New Animal 12- the rest of both shows still marked as downloaded perfectly fine.

Same issue here as well. Started happening around the same time. Marking all as read manually every once in a while is what I have to do.

I have the same issue. Problematic torrents:
[HorribleSubs] Deca-Dence [720p] episode 9.
[HorribleSubs] Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru Kan [720p] episodes 4 - 9.
[HorribleSubs] Re Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu [720p] episode 34.

Awesome, seems to be resolved now? At least for one day so far. :)

Manually re-downloaded everything through my RSS add-on in Vuze. All of the files checked out (because I never removed them from my downloads folder, dur) and they're off the list now!
So I guess it's resolved? Let's hope for longer than just a single day.
